INSURANCE

Amanda is currently an Art Therapy provider for MTM. If you have insurance through Staywell or Wellcare, reach out to your Care Manger and request Amanda to be your art therapist.

Amanda is considered an out-of-network provider and services may therefore be covered in full or in part by your health insurance plan. Each program and plan is different, so it is recommended that you contact your insurance provider directly with any questions regarding coverage. Amanda will provide you with the proper diagnostic and service codes so that you can file insurance claims on your own.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT 

Amanda currently accepts cash, check, and PayPal. Payment is due at the time of your therapy session. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Amanda understands that things come up and that you may not be able to make it to your scheduled appointment- that is okay. Please provide a 24 hour notice to avoid being billed the full cost of the session.

FEE FOR SESSIONS

Sliding scale starts at $70-$150 per hour and is based on financial need.
